Last week...


I started water aerobics. I love it! I get a good workout without sweating and pain. It is at night so it is a workout that I look forward to as a nice way to relax at the end of the day. So after 3 days last week and watching my calories I'm 4 lbs down- WOOOHOOO!!!

YOU are an inspiration! After I realized I gained 10 lbs in a month, I decided its time to kick it in gear.So Baden and I decided to do a hike three times a week. We can see more of Alaska as a reward for the pain!

I've been walking with the kids every night and gave up soda {which is SO hard for me to give up}!

I love water aerobics! We have a class here that I went to and I was the only one under the age of 60. I got some weird looks and so decided to do laps the next time I went instead. Its a great workout to. If u like the water aerobics I think that u would love Yoga. I do and its a toning exercise and very relaxing!

Way to go Beth-Ann! that is such a motivator when you lose weight. I've been working out, but not watching what I eat, and haven't lost any weight. Dang it, I don't like diets!

wow i would love to do that! i was so close to getting a gym membership cuz it for some reasons get me to exercise but matt said it was too expensive!.... im jealous to say the least!!!
