Roasted Red Pepper Dip

I love this dip! It is so yummy! I hope you like it as much as we do.

1 jar of roasted red peppers
2 bricks of cream cheese
1 pkt of ranch dip

Soften cream cheese. Drain roasted red peppers and puree. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. It is better when it has set over night. Warm and serve with a sliced bagette.
* for quick dinner you can use this as a pasta sauce. Add diced cooked chicken and a little milk to thin it out. Then add spinach (opt) and your favorite pasta.

I'm an idiot. No wonder my dip always looks different. I never pureed the peppers before.
