Christmas Traditions

Each year, each of our girls get a new Christmas ornament. It has become something they look forward to all year. They each have theme that they choose from: Riley is hearts, Amellia is angels, Claire is stars, and Olivia is snowflakes. We do it this way so that my tree still looks nice and they will each leave with a set that they can just add balls or whatever to. It is lots of fun watching them decide and cherish their pick. Here are this year's additions:

So what is a tradition that you enjoy? Tell me about it!

What a great tradition!! We always take a christmas eve picture in our jammies. Heath and I have santa pant jammies that we wear every year. Then I take the pictures and frame them, which I add to the collection every year and they hang on our wall with the other christmas decorations.

I love your theme idea! Very cool. The kids love their ornaments I'm sure.

We have several traditions we do every year. I will be posting then through out this month. As you read already- we like to do "Secret Santa" and I just posted another one on our family blog: www.weberwonderland.blogspot.com

Happy Holidays!

Our tradition is that My grandma gave us an ornament everyyear, something to do with what we were doing then. Now my mom gives my kids oranments, that way they have something to take with them once they are on their own. It was nice to have some decorations when we were married. I love your layout. By the way, I am a friend of Shaina's.

We, too buy each child a new ornament. But it is always something they have been obsessed with that year like power rangers or princesses. It is fun to look back each year and remember what they loved when they were younger!
